Why does the truth so much neglect
I see her giving evil all respect
Darkness pressing cold like stone
I do not try to be perfect; but nor
Does the truth leave me alone

Injustice gives the truth to me
I can’t believe my eyes dorst see
She wraps my heart; put out the star
My goals she blocked will never be
Shadows once a glimpse so far

Like smog she presses; feels like ice
Surrounding one in black disguise
Hopeless lost nowhere to go
Then finally you meet her vice
After which nothing’s left to show

Striking from the sky above
All fears unleashed; there is no love
And shrink you will and must you do
Covered by the truth; be though
This is where you’ve been taken to

Silence rules the air
