Wrapped in a milky cocoon I feel it’s oh too soon, To reach for the stars above. Though I dream of it. Fingers in fists protect my soul. The outside world seems a gaping hole. Running free in the biggest sky, Soon I’ll be a hurricane. My threads are breaking clear. A swooping blackness is […]

Lost souls at the end of stone they stand Waiting on the inevitable to make its way For reasons no sane man can possibly comprehend Did they learn nothing yesterday? Mortals think their friend will take them home Leaving all the scenery behind in history Tomorrow they will have to face the past again For […]

Vertical Skin, what an elaborate phrase! Deep down within, in every cell a trace Though mine is visible, for all to see Vertical Skin is what I want to be Marking my skin, or a mark from a god A token of sin, or a deliberate fraud? Layer upon layer, step after step Linking my […]

Every now and then when sleep marches to utter victory I am reminded of who is in command I am reminded of the enemy that is my friend Wrapped in embrace, the warm cocoon Waiting for the spring to be unleashed Waiting for the moment to be soon It’s a battle never won, a victory […]

Walking past the river bank I touch the muddy shore Feeling safe, just a little bit more I cuddle up to you and stay far from the cold The strength of love is warm I’m told But the current of events is not as solid as the rock on which we stand The tide may […]

Today I was born of a different time, age, world Naked on the wooden floor of a home unknown Melting into grains, a prisoner alone In personal space; where only truth remains Light dances on my skin, pink, rippling and warm A silky hand massaging sun into my soul Sweet music drips into the floor, […]

We are but a reflection in anothers eyes As driven as the rain, as bright as the sun Gods or monsters each and every one Yet a reflection can be changed Magnified or distorted into pieces Smoothed out, no wrinkles or creases So in the end, our reflection is but a glimmer Of love, or […]

Comfortably falling in the blackness of your eyes My spirit spirals deep inside of you Diving deeper make expectations all come true Your beauty does not truth belie In your mirror I reflect my happiness An elusive tale of love confessed Emotions all unite in common senses With you, my love is peace and rest […]
